By purchasing from or using Practical Headship, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Products and purchases
All products sold on this site are digital products intended for personal and single-school professional use. Prices are in GBP and include any applicable VAT.
Licencing
- Digital downloads (PDF guides, frameworks) are licensed for personal and single-school use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish them.
- Course content is for the individual purchaser only.
- Membership content may be shared within your school for professional development purposes but not distributed externally.
- For multi-school or trust-wide licences, contact us.
Refund policy
We offer a 14-day refund guarantee on all purchases. If you're not satisfied, email hello@practicalheadship.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
Membership refunds are calculated pro-rata for the unused portion of the current billing period.
Membership
The Headship Collective is a subscription service billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to member content continues until the period ends.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including guides, course materials, blog posts, and design — is owned by Harry French / Practical Headship. Reproduction without permission is not permitted.
Limitation of liability
Our resources are provided for professional development purposes. We make no guarantee that implementing any framework or approach will produce specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
